About these terms
These terms govern your use of the-bytes.com (the “Site”), operated by Byteright Technologies Private Limited (“Byteright”, “we”, “us”). By using the Site you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
They cover the website only. Design, engineering or other professional work is provided under a separate written agreement. Nothing on the Site is an offer, a quotation, or a commitment to deliver services.
The Site
The Site describes our capabilities, approach and company. Content is provided for general information. We take care with it, but we do not warrant that it is complete, current or suitable for a particular decision. Architecture diagrams are reference models, not a specification for your system.
We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the Site without notice.
Acceptable use
You may use the Site for lawful, professional purposes. You must not attempt to disrupt it, probe it except through ordinary browsing, submit automated spam through the contact form, or misrepresent who you are when you contact us.
Contact enquiries
Submitting the contact form or emailing support@the-bytes.com is an enquiry, not a contract. We will try to respond, but we do not guarantee a reply, a timeline, or that we will take on the work. Do not include confidential source code, credentials or regulated personal data in an unsolicited message.
Intellectual property
The Site — including text, layout, diagrams and marks — is owned by Byteright Technologies Private Limited or used under licence. You may not copy, scrape or republish it for commercial use without our written permission. You may share a link to a public page.
Names and marks of other organisations, if mentioned, belong to their owners.
Liability
The Site is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Byteright is not liable for loss arising from your use of the Site or reliance on its content — including indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or loss of profit, data or business.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Privacy
How we handle personal data on the Site is described in the Privacy Policy. If there is a conflict between these terms and that policy on a privacy matter, the Privacy Policy prevails for that matter.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Goa, India have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from the Site, without prejudice to any mandatory rights you may have in your place of residence.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms by publishing a new version on this page. The date at the top is the latest revision.
